TOP TEN Ways to fight aging

1. Become a sunscreen zealot. Protect your skin. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or greater and reapply it frequently during continued sun exposure. Wearing a hat and protective clothing is also important.
2. Hydrate. Our natural moisturizing factor slows down as we age because we produce less and less natural moisture. Much of skin’s aging process is simply caused by our cells losing moisture.
3. Barrier repair and lipid replenishment. Ceramides are the most effective lipid. Ceramides enhance the skins natural moisturizing factors, reduce irritation, inflammation and speed skin healing, recovery and even enhance the penetration of performance ingredients in skin care products.
4. Consume vitamins and antioxidants daily. By consume, take them internally and apply them topically.
